South Africa

Delivery is free on all orders over R750 and accordingly, if your Order value is less than R750, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.

Delivery of Your Order will be made 3 to 7 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 10 business days. We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.

Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

International

We do deliver internationally.

Shipping To Canada and USA

MyBeauty also ships via DHL International Standard as our primary or any other competitive courier to Canada and United States. This service has tracking. 

First class mail takes 5~15 business days and are a flat rate of $29.50 for all orders. 
We also offer free standard shipping to Canada and United States for orders of $150 or more. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

We are also able to ship internationally. We currently ship via DHL International Standard to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Norway, The Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vietnam, all via DHL International Standard as our primary or any other competitive courier. This service takes anywhere up to 15 business days.

  • Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • MyBeauty is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. 
  • Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, MyBeauty assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
  • Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. South Africa return shipping is free of charge and on us. MyBeauty allows 30 day returns for all product with the exception of those listed in our returns policy. Please email orders@mybeauty.co.za and we will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if they are unused and in its original packaging. This includes sheet masks, rubber masks and bubble mesh masks.
  • Any Starter Kits, Box Sets, or Mystery Boxes, Loyalty Rewards, Gifts, or Sale packages are final sale and ineligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.

When your Order is delivered, You must inspect the Products and be satisfied that the Products conform to the quality and quantity You ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any Products to Us with the courier and if you wish to return the Products, You must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Online Returns Terms and Conditions, which can be found on www.stevemadden.co.za.

COVID 19- CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

On arrival at your delivery point. Ring the bell or intercom and announce that you are from "courier company" delivering for MyBeauty and are here to complete a delivery.

Explain to the receiver over the intercom that you will be leaving the delivery at the front door of the premises, and walking back to a safe distance (This should be a minimum of 1 meter, but preferably 5m if possible). Before walking back, make sure you take the SWAT Sticker or manual waybill off the parcel.

Once the receiver opens the door, they will pick up the parcel. At this stage you will ask the receiver for their name and surname which you as the Driver will then complete on the waybill. You will also add in the date and time, but will not sign. It is important that you complete the relationship to receiver section.
